Hello! I’m Christopher Hurney and I’m a Lean/Agile Business Transformation Specialist.

I’m passionate about my family, hockey … and of course helping organizations, and the people within them, grow their ability to create and deliver valuable products & services through hyper-collaboration, organizational design efficiency gains, and teaching companies how align on shared understandings of common goals. My goal is to help businesses thrive and solve their biggest challenges in 2024 and the coming year.

Business transformation and organizational design for efficiency is what I do best, and I truly believe it’s what I was put on this Earth to do. It’s my mission.
